Consortium

LEANMACHINE is a consortium project, consisting of Zeugma, Tecnibite and Instituto Superior Técnico, funded with € 708,648.39 by QREN under Programa Operacional Regional de Lisboa, contracted with Agência de Inovação through Financial Incentives Concession Agreement n.o 13304, with an amount of investment of € 965,336.94 and with an implementation period between 01/11/2010 and 10/31/2013.
It aims to develop a production technology for the full processment of stone products, combining in one machine cutting, machining, and finishing abilities and unequivocal identification of the finished product from slabs cut from blocks, and being also a platform for integrated and intelligent management of all processes with the ability to optimize operating parameters according to the different characteristics of each stone product.
